Alongside its film and video practice, Bahaar Mediaworks conceives, curates and produces ventures rooted in Indian classical dance, music and theatre.
The performing-arts division is shaped collaboratively by Kathak exponent Ameera Patankar, theatre practitioner and experienced theatre administrator Harshad Rajpathak, and filmmaker and creative professional Apurv Sathe.
The division also draws, from time to time, on the guidance of performing artists, gurus and cultural practitioners in artistic advisory and consulting capacities.
This collective approach brings together artistic research, curation, stagecraft and contemporary presentation—creating thematic productions that engage meaningfully with tradition and audiences today.
